We offer a cost effective layout plan drawing service, providing good value where cost is important. One of our trained operators will visit the property and create a layout sketch including windows, doors and room dimensions. From this a layout plan will be drawn on computer, and forwarded to you in a format suitable for internet or brochure publishing.

Everything you can see is editable, including showing or hiding the measurements for each room, showing sq. areas and room titles.
Your final images can be supplied as JPEG's, PNG's or WMF's, and the size of the image is completely changeable, from the smallest of images at 240 x 240 pixels at 96dpi for websites, to larger high resolution images similar to our downloadable examples on this page (300dpi).
